Rotary Youth Exchange
Rotary Youth Exchange provides young people the chance to immerse in a new culture, forge lifelong friendships, and gain new skills.
Applications for the 2027 program are now open in the Lahti region.

Professional Mentorship Pilot
Rotary Club Lahti International is launching a four-month Professional Mentorship Pilot in the Lahti region for professionals with international backgrounds who already have work experience and are building or redefining their professional path in Finland.
The program connects mentees with experienced professionals who can offer perspective, honest feedback, insight into Finnish working life and, where relevant, professional networks.
The pilot includes:
- 4–6 individual mentoring meetings
- an in-person kick-off in Lahti
- a midpoint peer session
- an in-person closing session in Lahti
We are currently recruiting mentors from Rotary clubs and the wider professional community. Previous mentoring experience is not required.
Mentor applications are open until 30 September 2026.
